This lively seminar will discuss how companies can adopt innovative and agile thinking through an array of stimulating examples and practical approaches.
Companies face tough soul searching questions about how to prioritise their finite resources in the face of this turbulent economic climate. Innovative thinking is required to challenge old business models and find new ways of adding and presenting value. Highly innovative businesses continually step outside their comfort zone, embrace creative disorder, and regularly break accepted norms. To build a degree of resilience to change, a company needs to develop a certain degree of readiness in how they develop their capabilities. Key to achieving this is a better understanding of how changes in the business environment impact on their ability to operate efficiently and think strategically.
There will be time at the end for questions & discussion and a short update on available financial assistance for manufacturing and other innovation in the North West & Wales.
The seminar follows the MDA Innovation Network Business Breakfast 8.30 - 9.30 - further details here.
